This policy describes how Robomart, Inc. ("we") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use Conjure.

What we collect

• Account info: handle, email, phone, delivery address
• Authentication: passkey credentials (public keys only — we never see your private key)
• Orders: what you ordered, from where, delivery details
• Chat history: your conversations with the AI agent
• Payment: Stripe handles card data — we store only last 4 digits and brand
• Usage analytics: session durations, search queries (anonymized), funnel events

How we use it

• To fulfill your delivery orders
• To improve search quality and AI agent performance
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To communicate service updates

Who we share with

• Retailers: your order details (to fulfill purchases)
• Delivery providers: your address and contact info (to complete delivery)
• Stripe: payment processing
• Anthropic: conversation data is sent to Claude for AI processing

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Account and order data is retained while your account is active. Chat history is retained for 90 days after an engagement ends. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
