Terms of Service

By using Conjure ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Robomart, Inc. ("we", "us").

1. Service Description

Conjure is an AI-assisted on-demand delivery platform. We use AI agents to search for products, generate quotes, and coordinate delivery on your behalf. We act as a facilitator between you and third-party retailers and delivery providers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your passkey credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quotes include a breakdown of item costs, taxes, delivery fees, and the flat $10 Conjure fee. Items, tax, and delivery pass through at cost. Prices are confirmed before you authorize payment. Orders are paid from your prepaid balance when you confirm a quote. All sales are final once an order is placed with a retailer.

4. AI Cost Transparency

AI inference is metered in real time at raw model cost — no markup — and drawn from your prepaid balance as work happens. It is shown on quotes for transparency but is not part of the order total. Balance top-ups carry the payment processor's fee at cost; Conjure keeps none of it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for retailer stock accuracy, delivery delays caused by third-party providers, or AI agent errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
